Gallifrey II is the new homeworld of the Timelords. The original Gallifrey was destroyed in the Last Great Time War. "Gallifrey" means 'they that walk in the shadows'. Gallifrey II is 0-2-16-0-0 by 0-5 from Galactic Zero Centre.
This was founded by The Magician, who wanted to find a new home.
